Flex – the angle grinder's inventor still offers the "original". The INOXFLEX LE 14-7 125 INOX was developed specially adjusted to processing stainless steels and steel alloys. The powerful and strong 1400 watt motor ensures quick work progress. The microprocessor control with adjustable speed ensures suitable speed while grinding and polishing. The tachogenerator ensures constant speed even under load. The soft start provides smooth start-up. Temperature monitoring prevents windings from fusing and the restart protection stops the machine from inadvertently starting up after a power outage. The completely cast electronics components prevent damage due to metal dust. The special 3-fold winding protection from metal dust reduces motor wear and thus increases the service life:

1. Protective grid at the armature winding end (fan-side).
2. Plated winding at the armature (collector-side).
3. Epoxy-coated winding at the field core.

The special gearbox with its special gear ratio ensures high torque in the middle and lower speed range. This prevents blue discolouration and distortion due to the development of heat. The Flex SoftVib handle dampens vibrations and protects the operator's joints. The spindle stop enables simple tool change.
The guard can be quickly adjusted without tools and can thus be quickly and easily adjusted to different working positions. Its standard equipment also includes a FixTec quick-clamp nut for tool-less and quick disc change.

The standard equipment includes the following accessories:

Zircon flap disc P 60 for grinding metals, stainless steel, alloyed and non-alloyed steel, light metals, non-ferrous metals, construction steel and cast iron. For working welding seams and removing welding spots and beads. Also ideal for breaking and rounding edges.

Thin-walled cutting disc for fast low-force cutting. Reduced cutting pressure and extremely low chipping ensure cool cutting for burr-free edges and prevent blue discoloration.

SC-VL fleece pad for grinding, cleaning and finishing stainless steel, steel, titanium alloys, light metals, non-ferrous metals and plastics.
For removing damage, scratches, tarnish, flash rust and scales. Perfect for preparing, grinding and polishing welding seams.

Fillet disc – the perfect disc for quick and high-quality fillet processing. Ideal for alloyed and high-alloyed steels, chromed and nickled steels, titanium, light metals, non-ferrous metals and steels.

The new PYRAFLEX Surface Conditioning pyramid structure grinding disc enables quick work progress. Compared with conventional grinding discs, every second work step can be left out. This shortens work time and improves surface quality. For all steels, and particularly suitable for stainless steels, titanium, nickel, cobalt and chrome alloys. For removing scratches and mill scale from stainless steel. Ideal for creating a grinding pattern according to defined quality criteria (looks, surface finish). Very suitable for polishing preparation.

SC fleece pad for grinding, cleaning and finishing stainless steel, steel, titanium alloys, light metals, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Removes light damage, scratches, tarnish, flash rust, scales and dirt. Tarnish can be removed from welding seams in thin plates without heat distortion.

The POLISHFLEX special fleece pads with Flex polishing pastes and Flex polishing cream are perfect for pre-polishing and polishing stainless steel and for high-gloss and mirror-gloss polishing. The fabric is extremely absorbent and does not clog. This ensures highly effective, time-efficient work with high surface quality.
