The Tigris CX is a powerful cutter that cuts almost all insulation materials effortlessly and offers you maximum flexibility thanks to battery operation (CAS-compatible). The unique diamond cutting wire enables you to cut Styrofoam, Styrodur, mineral wool (both rock and glass wool), hemp fiber, plasterboard, aerated concrete, Multipor mineral insulation boards and many other materials in a matter of seconds.

With the optional additional package, you can now also cut wood fiber insulation boards with a maximum density of 160 kg/m³ with ease. This versatility makes the Tigris CX the ideal insulation cutter for every application.

In the Tigris 850 CX version can cut panels with a maximum length of up to 850 mm and a thickness of 340 mm. The Tigris 1250 CX, which offers a maximum cutting length of 1250 mm, is available for larger projects.

Compared to its predecessor, the Tigris CX features an even more powerful and now brushless battery motor. This advanced technology enables maintenance-free use.

Our designers have also made a number of improvements to further simplify handling. With intuitive controls and an ergonomic design, you can operate the Tigris CX effortlessly, even on demanding jobs.

Operating the Tigris CX is extremely simple: the cutting wire starts immediately at the touch of a button - optionally also via a foot switch - and cuts effortlessly through the material. The cutting wire can be changed quickly and easily without additional tools.

The high-quality aluminum construction not only ensures a low overall weight, but also guarantees maximum stability and durability. The robust housing provides optimum protection for both the battery and the motor, allowing you to work even in difficult conditions.

Thanks to the infinitely variable angle adjustment, bevel, wedge and mitre cuts, as well as many other variations, are possible without any problems. The corresponding settings can be made quickly and easily, allowing you to react flexibly to the requirements of your project.

The side-mounted dust extraction reduces dust exposure to a minimum during work and thus contributes to a clean working environment.

The Tigris 850 CX can either be set up free-standing or mounted on scaffolding after folding in the stand. This flexibility enables optimum space saving, which is particularly appreciated when working on scaffolding.

Around 300 cuts can be made in mineral wool with one battery charge (18 V / 5.2 Ah).
